About the Author
Dr. Dipak Bhattacharyya Director, Camellia School of Business Management, Kolkata has over two decades of experience in teaching human resource management at the UG and postgraduate level. He was earlier Dean, Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, Kolkata, Director, Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata and Director, Center for Management Education, All India Management Association, and New Delhi. Also he was a Visiting Professor of XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has more than 15 years of professional experiences in the area of human resources, and is active in training and consultancy. He has authoreised eight books on HR management issues and also extensively contributed more than 100 articles, papers in journals of national and international repute.
