About the Authors: Wil McKnight - He is a writer and third-generation publishers, primarily in the areas of supervisory training, vocational education, and work study. He began at the age of 10 by counting out and filling orders for outline maps, and for nearly 25 years, he published the Associated General Contractors of America`s supervisory training programs.
He has a B.A. from Carnegie Mellon (back when they called it Carnegie Tech) and an M.B.A. from Stanford.
