The International Environment Management is a new phenomena which is fast developing to make sustainable development possible and achievable. The International Environment Management comprises International Management law and Institutional organization for achieving sustainable development at global and national level. The term ` Sustainable Development` is widely accepted defining development and environment. However, there are contradictions and controversies.
