Ravana the benevolence despot saw to it that all his subjects were absolutely happy. This is the best government which desires to make the people happy, and knows how to make them happy. The commitment and devotion of the Lankan’s to their sovereign was total, complete and absolute. They willingly gave up their life for their monarch when the occasion arose.
