The development of Rational Thinking was India`s one of the biggest contributions to the world. In the Vedas, a new society was suggested about a man`s role in the society which began to emerge systematically. A human being was considered as the creator capable of Rational Thinking, capable to perceive both the abstract and concrete facets of his world in such a way that demanded an accounting what religion could not provide. It also brought about rapid rise in innovation, science and philosophy. India from 500 B.C. to 300 A.D. excelled in all these functions. The entire concept of Rational Thinking was once again borrowed by Greece and used very successfully in their civilization and also in Roman and subsequently in Western Civilizations. Once again, India was deprived of a tremendous contribution to the welfare of a human being.
