The time span of this book ranges from 1603 to 1721, The journeys noticed are of : Bento de Goes, de Andrade, Tsaparang Mission, de Azevedo, Cacella and Cabral, Grueber and D’orville, and Desideri. This book has four illustrations (including an early sketch of the Potala palace) and a map, and is a reprint of the 1924 edition
