Thus, if a person hurts someone else, then they have a negative effect on their own energy field too.
Thus, it is important to speak pleasant words, be kind and understanding, and always be positive in attitude and behavior. The author says that each individual is responsible for their own state of happiness or unhappiness.
No individual has control over everything that happens to them or to those whom they love, but each individual has control over their reactions to these events.
