Dr. S. Shajahan BFSc, MBA, Ph.D., a service marketing consultant for several MNCs in the field of IT, ITES, banking, retailing, event management. He just finished his overseas assignment as Vice President, Bahwan Cyber Tek LLC, and Head, BCT centre for creativity (www.bahwancybertek.com) He has authored 8 text books and 65 research based articles/paper published in different journals of national and international repute. Presently Dr. S. Shajahan is involved in developing a network of global managers, consultants and also co-ordinating Chapter activities of CRM Today Inc, USA. He is also associated with ICFAI Business School as their senior faculty member.
