He was a participant at the International Banking Summer School at Baden, Austria in 1993. Shri Madhukar has an abiding interest in business planning, strategy formulation, vision building, marketing, business communication and public relations. A keen communicator and a regular resource person at the Staff Training Centres and in-house executive programmes, he has been closely associated with preparing varied study material and publication of booklets.
