Beth Melton, Office MVP since 2000 and Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor, has been teaching others how to use Office applications more efficiently and developing custom Office solutions for almost 20 years. She co-authored Microsoft Word 2007 Inside Out (Microsoft Press) and is a regular contributor to several websites, including Microsoft Office Online.

Mark Dodge has been working with and writing about Microsoft software since 1989 and is co-author of the Microsoft Press titles Microsoft Office Excel 2013 Inside Out (2013) and the MOS 2013 Study Guide for Excel Expert (2013).
Echo Swinford began her PowerPoint career in 1997 and has been a Microsoft PowerPoint MVP since 2000. She holds a Master`s degree in New Media from the Indiana University- Purdue University at the Indianapolis School of Informatics. Andrew Couch has been working with Microsoft Access since 1992 as a developer, trainer and consultant. He is a joint founder of the UK Access User Group and has been a Microsoft Access Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for the past six years.
