Cyber crime and related laws have been in active debated in the recent past. Yet, the level of understanding and scientific knowledge on these issues remains far form being satisfactory. The main hindrance in approaching cyber crime, deviance of laws is that of diverse perspectives that this subject tends to attract. This renders any work deficient. The first and foremost requirement is to located the issue of cyber crime and deviance in correct disciplinary setting enabling the maturation of theoretical developments. The second issue is to identify the legal developments and procedural matters with regard to cyber offences. The present book aspires to fulfill both the ends. Divided into twenty nine chapters, this volume has got two main divisions. The first relate to those articles that focus on the nature, and types of cyber crime and the second division undertaken a perspective and diversified analysis of legal matter associated with cyber offences. This section purports to suggest the desired legal reforms in the area of cyber laws. The present work is an edited volume comprising some illumination articles concerning a vast range of subjects in the broad domain of cyber crime and law. Written and presented in a quite simple and lucid manner, the writing in this volume satisfy some highly pertinent queries on the subject. The authors in this volume, mostly, are young scholars and students who have put in tremendous efforts to prepare these papers. The young team of authors has explored their respective subjects with utter keenness. The book, I am sure, would contributed significantly in the domain cyber crime and legal studies.
