(Mechanical) fromShri G.S. Institute ofTechnology and Science, Indore of 1977 batch. After working with companies like Elpro International and Wanson (India), Pune as apprentice Engineer, he joined Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) in New Delhi and completed his Post Graduate Diploma in International Business in 1981. He worked with reputed companies like Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd., Pune, Saeed Bin Nasser Al Hashar,, Oman, Dewas Toots Pvt. Ltd. Indore as senior executive responsible for export development and logistics. Prof. Asarkar has traveled extensively to Europe, Middle East, South East Asia and SAARC countries for export promotion and for participating in International Trade Fairs and Conferences.Prof Aserkar is presently working with International Institute of Foreign Trade and Research, Indore as Associate Professor.
