The present work is a valuable addition in the field of peace education as it draws attention of peace education enthusiasts who believe in necessity of this education in life, and have a keen desire to work for it. Further, this important and timely work by Dr. Ravindra Kumar, a veteran peace-educator and a pacesetter of global standing, it is hoped, will help people associated with the process of education, especially teachers, professors and peace-educators to move forward and create a friendly environment for peace studies at different levels of education. They will, hopefully, be able to execute, in letter and spirit, the message of Mahatma Gandhi in which he has said, “Let the first act every morning be to make the following resolve for the day: I shall not fear anyone on Earth; I shall fear only God.
