The present publication is an up-to-date, authentic, and comprehensive document named Encyclopaedia of Library and Information Science, which recognizes that library science is an emerging field in its own right with its own language. It aims to provide clear, concise, correct definitions and description of the terms used in Library Science. The terminology and expressions of all the branches of library science was included in this work. This Encyclopaedia includes the words, phrases, acronyms and other abbreviations that comprise the technical vocabulary used by those who study and research in library science and related fields. The words may be either that used uniquely in the field of common words that have a special meaning in the context of Library Science. The acronyms and abbreviations are multitude, a situation common to all fields of scientific or technical Endeavour in recent times. Dr. L.V. Chandra Sekhara Rao is the author is and eminent person in the field of Library Science and an active researcher in the field of Library Science/Education and Contemporary issues. He posses various Educational Qualifications and he did his Ph.D in Library Science. He has participated various National/International Seminars, Workshops etc. He wrote some books on latest and novel concepts. He also take up Degree and PG Class since five years.

She has great attention in the field of Library Science/Education/Psychology/Politics and Contemporary issues. She is doing Educational/Career/Psychological/Material Counsling since last decade.
