This book is comprises of papers presented at the National Conference on Emerging Trends in Air and Space Law, held on October 8 and 9, 2005 at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. It makes an attempt to deal with the emerging air law and space law issues. Air and space technology has always fascinated the mankind through sheer innovative ideas.
