About the Author
Barton Biggs is the cofounder and managing partner of Traxis Partners, a billion-dollar macro hedge fund. He spent thirty years as a senior partner at Morgan Stanley, where he formed the firm`s top-rated research department, and created and built its investment management division. He was also Morgan Stanley`s investment strategist and was on numerous occasions elected by Institutional Investor magazine as the number-one ranked global strategist.
