About the Book Over the years since independence the nature and content of Indian Republic, as originally established, has undergone a dramatic change with its gradual expansion to the large/untouched sections of Indian society having immense regional, linguistic, ethnic and religious identities and approaches towards the political issues. The structures of Republic-federalism, party system and succeeding governments have changed their working style in this near permanent coalitional phase. The last voter of the first general election has become the first voter in this era of globalisation and the position is most likely hoped to continue in future which would not only strengthen the basic themes of democracy in the country but also help decisively in making the Indian Republic an ideal system of the world. This book is a thorough analysis of the Republic\\`s birth, growth and emerging problems. About the Author Rajkumar Singh born at village Chechar, Distt.Vaishali on 25th December 1958.
