Alice In Deadland, is loosely inspired by Alice In Wonderland, especially in its allusions to discovering a box of secrets, and fulfilling a prophecy, set in the pages of the charged remains of a book.
The story is set in Delhi, where a battle ensues between humans and a race of Biters. Alice, the story’s protagonist, is not an average fifteen year-old. While most teenagers are busy playing video games, young Alice, is busy applying the art of warfare and weaponry, to battle evil Biters.
One day, while completing her daily rounds on duty, she spots an odd looking zombie, dressed in bunny ears, making a speedy exit into a far-off hole. Alice decides to follow this zombie, expecting to find hidden Biter bases. Instead, she makes a discovery, which is akin to opening Pandora’s box, eventually changing everything she and her human race believes in, propelling the story into unchartered adventures. Through her journey, Alice discovers the conspiracy responsible for nearly destroying the entire human race, the real truth about the origins of the Biter race, and a prophecy, which the Biter Queen presumes, Alice will fulfill.
