The book has been written primarily to cater to the needs of M.B.A., M.Com., M.S.W., MHRM, Diploma Courses in Industrial Relations and Labour Laws and competitive examinations. It would also be useful to the practitioners in HRM and Labour Laws. This book would be an outcome of my experience in teaching the subject for many years and my interaction with the students and their feedback. Good industrial relationship is the adequate device for having the sustainable growth of the company in the economy. Good environment and successful interpersonal relation would lend its hands in strengthening employer-employee relationship. Pedagogical Features of the Book
