Taste of Hyderabad Non-Veg, Mehta was published by Nita Mehta Publications in 2008. Hyderabadi cuisine is a princely legacy of the Nizams of Hyderabad, India. When one thinks of Hyderabadi cuisine one is reminded of the famous Hyderabadi Biryani, the Kacchi Biryani, Haleem and Kababs, Pathar-ka-gosht, Muthhi key kabab, and of Kairi Ka Do Pyaza and Dum Pukht styles of cooking, which were recipes secretly guarded by the Khansamas of the Nizam’s household. The book is an effort to collaborate all the sumptuous non vegetarian Hyderabadi recipes together and give the reader easy access into the world of the delectable Hyderabadi cuisine.
