About Author :
Clem Tisdell is Emeritus Professor of Economics at The University of Queenslands and a Fellow of the Academy Social Sciences in Australia. he has held visiting positions at many overseas universities and is an Honorary Professor of the People`s Univeristy of China. He serves on the Editorial Board of the Indian Economci Journal and on the boards of many other leading international economic journals.
