As a growting concern to provide qualitative life to the human beings there is a need for trained professionals in Adult Education. The development of any nation depends on the quality of human beings in all areas i.e. literacy, education, health and competencies. As part of accomplishment of this, the Government is focusing on producing trained professionals in the field of adult education and to professionalise them. In spite of this the professionalization of Adult education functionaries is moving slowly. In order to improve the pace of professionalization needs adequate training, support of research and material support in the forms of documentation.
