About The Author
Dipak Kumar Bhattacharyya ,Director, Camellia School of Business Management, Kolkata, has over two decades of experience in teaching human resources at the postgraduate level. He has served as Dean, Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, Kolkata; Director, Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata; and Director, Centre for Management Education, All India Management Association, New Delhi. He has also been active in training and consultancy. Dr Bhattacharyya has authored many books and has contributed articles and papers in journals of national and international repute.
