About the Author
Dr. (Mrs.) N. V. Kavitha did her Ph.D. from Osmania University and she has a rich experience of 26 years teaching graduates, postgraduates and guiding research scholars. She has presented papers both at National and International conferences on Banking, Accounting, women entrepreneurs and reforms in higher education.
She has to her credit publications in national and international journals and has completed a Minor Research Project sanctioned by University Grants Commission. She has edited and coauthored text books for B.Com. students. Presently, she is the Head, Department of Commerce, and the Dean Administration, St. Ann`s College for Women, Hyderabad.
