¢ The impact of international cultures on employee performance:
¢ employee resourcing and relationship options;

¢ the complexities of multinational reward management practice.
Drawing on case studies from around the world, this book demonstrates how to design and implement an international human resource strategy and presents the trends and managerial priorities that look set to influence decision-making in the coming decade.
