This Book incorporates a complete treatment of the requirements for filing of E-Forms and returns under the Companies Act, 1956 which has come into force by Notification No. GSR 56(E), dated 10-2-2006, issued by the Ministry of Company Affairs. The process of e-filing of Forms & Returns is being implemented in a phased manner. The Book provides at one place the procedural formalities, checklists, guidance notes, circulars, notifications and clarifications, rules as well as specimens of the filled-up e-forms and relevant enclosures thereto for smooth and day-to-day compliance of the provisions of the Companies Act by the professionals and corporates. A complimentary CD is also being provided containing the complete text of the book in Section I. Section II contains all the notified e-Forms to be filled and filed by the corporate sector. A very helpful feature is that these e-Forms can be filled, saved, printed, retrieved and modified at any point of time. The filled-in Forms can be e-filed by uplinking to the website.
