His research focuses on factors influencing the effectiveness of HRIS, and privacy in organizations. He is the co-author of a book titled Human Resources Information Systems with Michael Kavanagh and Scott Tannenbaum, and has recently published an article on eHR in Advances in Human Performance and Cognitive Engineering Research. He currently serves on the Academic Advisory Board for PeopleSoft, and has consulted with a number of organizations including Citigroup, and Living Resources. In addition, he participated in the Work Force Skills Project for the American Electronics Association. He is also a technical consultant to the National Skills Standards Board, and is the Technical Lead advising the Manufacturing Skills Standards Council in the development of the first-ever national skills standards in manufacturing in America. He resides in near Albany, New York. Dianna Stone received her Ph.D. from Purdue University and is currently a Professor of Management and Psychology at the University of Central Florida. Her research focuses on privacy in organizations, reactions to eHR, and diversity and cross-cultural issues in organizations. She recently edited Volume 3 of Advances in Human Performance and Cognitive Engineering Research that focused on eHR, technology and virtual organizations.
