Anyone, a child, a youth or an aged, can be injured while walking, running, climbing on sporting when he falls or strikes to be an object. The injuries can be of mild or of severe nature. Injuries can be of short period or take a long time. Sometimes injury remains life long. In certain cases injury can he fatal. In sports, we can prevent some injuries by using the related equipments and or proper footwear. We can also prevent injuries if we take precautions.
